ORDERING TERMS / CHANGES, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Minimum plant purchase of $500.00 after discount
Delivery fee included for purchases over $1000.00 in the Etobicoke area
Plant pricing & availability subject to change without notice
Any slight modifications made within 7 days of delivery is subject to a “change order” fee based on size of order
If order is cancelled within 7 days of delivery, 40% of order will not be refunded.
Should any changes, additions, or cancellations to your original order be required please email plants@hollanderlandscaping.com at least one week prior to delivery.
Hollander Landscaping has the right to refuse orders at any time for any reason
All plants must be paid for in full upon order
Hollander Landscaping will offer no returns, order changes or exchanges upon delivery
DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery fee included with purchases over $1000.00 (after discount, before taxes). All plants are subject to 13% HST
Hours of delivery are Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Scheduled time on delivery day can vary based on weather, driving conditions or traffic and may be cancelled or rescheduled
Delivery flat fee of 60.00 to all Etobicoke residents
All deliveries are based on driveway drop-off
Hollander Landscaping has the right to refuse or cancel a delivery should the premises be deemed dangerous or unfit
Hollander Landscaping is not responsible for any superficial injuries that plant material may sustain during delivery
Any seriously damaged plants upon delivery will be exchanged and delivered in a timely fashion
WARRANTY
Hollander Landscaping’s plant warranty consists of a plant material replacement and has no cash value. Plant will be replaced free of charge within a two week period, unless plants were special order
All trees, shrubs, and perennials are warrantied for one full year from date of delivery or install.
Hollander Landscaping is not responsible for any tree, shrub, or perennial left in their original container planted or otherwise.
Hollander Landscaping will not honour warranty claims should any tree, shrub, or perennial be affected by events such as natural disasters, pests, or diseases.
Hollander Landscaping is not responsible for any tree, shrub, or perennial that did not receive proper care or were not planted by Hollander Landscaping. This includes watering, fertilizing, not meeting sun/shade requirements of the plant material, and incorrect planting. Please consult a care sheet if you need help or email us with any concerns.
The client must return any defective plant material under warranty claims to our head office. Proof of purchase is required. Please email plants@hollanderlandscaping.com to set up a drop off appointment.
If the material is too difficult to remove yourself or you are unable to return products for a valid reason, please send proof of defective material to plants@hollanderlandscaping.com along with proof of purchase. If both parties come to a mutual agreement that the plant is indeed defective, no return is necessary, and we will replace the plant material and charge a delivery fee.
We will not warranty the following items: Cedars, rhododendrons, azaleas, roses and non-winter hardy material
