Spa Service Agreement
Pricing: All prices listed are for standard services and are subject to change without prior notice. Any additional services requested by the customer may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before commencement of work.
Payment: Payment for services rendered is due upon completion. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers. Invoices will be provided upon request.
Filter Replacement Fee: If during any service visit our technicians identify the need to replace the spa filter, a fee of $150 will apply in addition to the service charge.
Parts Warranty: All Hayward parts include a limited 3-year warranty. If our technicians find a part that needs replacement and the part is still within the manufacturer's warranty, the part will be replaced free of charge. If the part is found to be outside of manufacturer warranty and was damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper use, or general wear and tear, replacement parts will be provided at the homeowner's expense.
Labor Guarantee: We guarantee the quality of our labor for a period of 60 days from the date of service. If any issues arise due to faulty workmanship during this period, we will rectify them at no additional cost to the customer.
Service Guarantee: We strive to provide high-quality spa maintenance services. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of the service completion, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Scheduling: Weekly maintenance services will be scheduled for one day of the week, preferably Friday, to ensure your spa is clean and running well for the weekend.
No-Term, No-Contract: Our services are provided on a no-term, no-contract basis. You are free to cancel or reschedule services at any time without penalty. However, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and integrity of your spa, we cannot be held liable for any damage or injury resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper maintenance by the customer, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
