$150/week

• ✓ Chemical balancing: Ensure proper levels of chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and other chemicals.
• ✓ Quick cleanup: Skim the surface, vacuum debris, and clean the skimmer and pump baskets.
• ✓ Equipment check: Inspect the filtration system, pumps, and heaters to ensure they are functioning properly.
• ✓ Water level check: Adjust water level if necessary.

Monthly Cleaning Service

$300/month

• All services from the weekly cleaning plus:
• ✓ Deeper clean of the spa: Scrubbing of walls at the waterline.
• ✓ Filter inspection: Thoroughly clean or backwash the filter.

Full Deep Clean with Acid Wash

$850 per visit

• ✓ Drain the spa: Completely empty the tub.
• ✓ Acid wash the walls: Use a mild acid solution to remove stains and buildup.
• ✓ Refill with water: Fill the spa with fresh water.
• ✓ Chemical rebalancing: Ensure all chemical levels are balanced.
• ✓ Filter inspection and cleaning: Thoroughly clean or replace the filter if necessary.

Seasonal Startup/Shutdown

$850 per visit

• Startup:
• ✓ Clean and vacuum pool, remove plugs and install jets, clean filter, skimmer and filter basket, clean covers, prime and start-up system, fill spa with water, shock water and adjust chemistry, ensure proper working conditions.
• Shutdown:
• ✓ Blow out lines and install plugs, fill with antifreeze, pump out correct amount of water, shut down system, cover spa, turn off gas line.
• For clients requiring new plugs for the jets and drains, an additional charge of $250 will be applied.
